WESTCOTM ZDMA is a metallic methacrylate coagent for peroxide vulcanization of polymers. Unlike many other co-agents like PDM or TMPTA, WESTCOTM ZDMA enhances the elongation of the vulcanized compound improving its tear strength and flex resistance. It also significantly improves adhesion between the compound and a substrate, particularly metal, during vulcanization
