WESTCO™ IPPD N-isopropyl-N’-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine CAS# 101-72-4
WESTCO™ IPPD is a staining antiozonant used primarily in compounds based on NR, SBR, NBR or BR. It is used in conjunction with an antioxidant such as TMQ or ODPA and wax for maximum effect. Commonly used in the manufacture of tires, belts, hoses, cables, automotive mounts and other mechanical goods. It should not be used in applications where contact stain may be an issue or with peroxide cured compounds.
