WESTCO™ UREA CAS# 57-13-6
WESTCO™ UREA is an activator for nitrogen-type blowing agents. Blowing agents with activation temperatures of 300°F to 350°F can be lowered to 270°F with the addition of Urea used in equal amounts to the blowing agent. Urea is also used as an activator for thiazoles accelerators in NR, CR, HR, and SBR. It is oil treated to reduce dust generation and to protect it from moisture.
