WESTCO™ DSPP (DiStearyl Pentaerythritol Diphosphite) CAS# 3806-34-6
WESTCO™ DSPP is a solid phosphite that adds excellent color stability to polyolefins, polystyrene, polyesters, polycarbonates, ABS PVC and elastomers. It is especially effective as a synergist with hindered phenol antioxidants. It is approved for FDA polymer applications under CFR 21 section 178,2010 and for adhesives under section 175.105. Typical use levels range from 0.10 to 0.25%. It contains less than 1% triisopropanolamine.
