  (Zinc Dibutyl Dithiocarbamate)
An accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber and latex. Provides fast cures at low temperatures; faster cures than EZ(ZDEC or MZ(ZDMC).

Westco™ CBS is a delayed action accelerator suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber; produces vulcanizates with high modulus and high tensile strength.

  Westco™ DBTU
  Westco™ DBTU is used as an ultra accelerator for CR, EPDM and chlorobutyl rubber; it is also used in latex as a primary accelerator. It is active even at low temperatures. Westco™ DBTU can be used without zinc oxide for transportation articles. It is an antioxidant in adhesive systems. It provides better scorch protection than Westco™ DETU.

  (Diethylthiourea)
Westco™ DETU is recommended mainly for latex, where it is used as a primary accelerator. It is active even at low temperatures. Westco™ DETU can be used without zinc oxide for transportation articles. .

  Westco™ DPG
  (Diphenyl Guanidine)
Westco™ DPG can be used as a secondary accelerator with thiazoles and sulphenamides in NR and SBR compounds. Exhibits better storage stability compared to thiuram and dithiocarbamates but is not as active. Can be used in latex as secondary gelling agent (foam stabilizer) in the silicoflouride foam process.

  Westco™ DOTG
  Seldom used alone, commonly with thiazoles, thiurams, dithiocarbamates and sulfenamides to promote its activity. Slightly more active than DPG. Unsuitable for food-related products or medical products.

  Westco DPTT
  Westco™ DPTT is used as the primary or secondary accelerator in natural and synthetic elastomers and as a sulfur donor in low sulfur or sulfurless cures. Westco™ DPTT is non-staining and is suitable for use in light colored vulcanizates. Westco™ DPTT provides better processing safety and heat stability than other thiurams.

It is very active at cure temperatures above 300°F; below 300°F cure temperature Westco™ ODES gives excellent cures with the addition of Westco™ OBTS, MBT or MBTS. Westco™ ODES provides excellent reversion resistance in high temperature cures.

  Westco TETD
Westco™ TETD is an accelerator suitable for most sulfur-cured elastomers.  It acts as both an accelerator and a vulcanizing agent.  Its low melting point provides excellent dispersion in soft compounds.  It is used as a stabilizer in sulfur modified polychloroprene. Less scorch and blooming, good processing safety.  Can be used in CR as an anti-scorching agent.

Westco™ TIBTD: Tetraisobutylthiuram disulfide, Rubber Accelerator, Polymer and Chemical Accelerators. Westco™ 200-AD is a high purity, highly reactive grade of magnesium oxide made from magnesium chloride brine. Westco™ 200-AD is used as a scorch retarder in a variety of elastomers including chloroprene, chlorosulfonated polyethylene and fluoroelastomers. Westco™ 200-AD is also used as a thickener in sheet molding compounds and an acid acceptor in halogenated polymers.
